Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may also offer free shipping during promotional periods or on qualifying orders.

Free shipping is available on all international orders over $80.00 USD, automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. HappyPawify is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best possible solution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
